Their seductive yet comfortable designs surpass expectations with an extensive collections of high-end, luxury home furnishings and accessories. Creating atmosphere whilst evoking an ambience of unification through the myriad of rich, cultural influences fuelling each design. Boldly gravitating away from the ordinary, Richmond Interiors deliver innovative pieces that command attention and make sophisticated statements. Crafted using luxury materials such as gold-plated metals and highly sought-after Emperador Marble, Richmond Interior pieces are life-long investments. Your house reflects your personality. With this in mind, Richmond Interiors have tasked themselves with creating stylish furniture and home accessories that are as unique as you are. Each collection guarantees a modern look with a chic touch. Whilst they admit to being a purely Dutch interior label, their inspiration is taken from both east and west, from Shanghai to New York. Striving for the perfect balance between the latest interior trends, style, comfort, quality and price. With more than 40 years of experience and knowledge for developments in the market precedes the creation of Richmond Interiors.

You may not easily associate Richmond’s modern collections with antiques, yet their roots lie there. Almost 45 years ago the company started buying and selling antique furniture under the name Spieghel Trading Company, mainly importing goods from England and France. Their first stores in Bussum, Bergen and Purmerend were so successful that they were able to open five new stores within a few years. As the business grew, their range expanded to include rattan furniture from Indonesia into their collections. Before long, they held the position of wholesaler for countless stores in Holland.

Despite their surprisingly rapid success, the company set their sights on more: to design and produce themselves. Many international trade trips and conversations with existing customers followed. This provided so much inspiration the team were flooded with ideas which were translated into their own designs that perfectly met the needs of customers. Initially, the designs were mainly focused on furniture and home accessories in a traditional country style. These were made with great care and attention in their own factories in Romania, working with the best professionals and the newest machines to guarantee the best of the best. Their own collections were supplemented with a few select pieces that were purchased in the Far East.

The brand naturally evolved to embrace the Richmond Interiors name as a better fit with the global vision and ground-breaking style of the company's ethos. Today they are known for their varied and luxurious collections. Travelling around the world to gain continuously new inspiration, the furniture and accessories show clear influences from the most diverse sources. From Shanghai to New York and from urban design to rural authenticity: whatever your personal taste, Richmond is sure to offer unique solutions that will turn your house into a home.

Utilising a base of black-stained oak, the Bloomingville furniture is shrouded in a cover of shagreen print PU leather; offering a luxe faux-animal skin motif. Abundant elegance is offered through the chic matt gold-plated metal handles. The Bloomingville range offers a comprehensive collection of furniture pieces - from end tables to TV media units - a complete look can be achieved throughout the home in this thoroughly contemporary, chic modernist collection.

The LEXINGTON collection

The extensive range comprises an array of naturalistic materials, with genuine Carrara marble tops providing an air of luxury and timeless sophistication. Contrasted against sleek black frames and legs, the Lexington pays testament to the natural beauty of the raw materials used, further accentuated by the expert design and craftsmanship behind each piece. Carrara marble is a highly desirable white and blue/grey toned marble, originating from the Carrara region of Italy. Popularised in Ancient Rome, Carrara is the most prolific Italian marble to this day, and is highly sought after in architecture, sculpture and interior décor. The BLAX Collection
